The mail ballot request files will automatically begin uploading daily to the portals beginning 60 days before the August 18th Primary Election, pursuant to F.S. 101.62 and Rule 1S-2.043.
Mail ballot request data is available from our office beginning 60 days before Election Day. It is the same data available from the Florida Division of Elections here: https://countyfilesvbm-ev.floridados.gov/VoteByMailEarlyVotingReports/VoteByMailHome. Data from our office will only include Washington County data.
To get the data from our office portal, we will need an authorized individual to complete and submit the Application for Restricted Mail Ballot Request Data found here: https://wcsoe.gov/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/DS-DE-70-AB-Request-information_1.4.9.26.pdf
